I saw a clip of him I believe a couple days ago and he had to rely entirely on his notes. He kept looking down, speaking, a few words, looking up, repeating the process.

If we’re sending them Abrams tanks, that also means there’s some sort of support in training we’re providing them to operate and maintain said tanks. Might as well just get it out there and say war at war with Russia.

A direct interjection into the war with Russia, if you live on the Eastern seaboard better get your affairs in order.
You don’t just turn these tanks over to the Ukrainians with the keys. Their military will need to be trained …likely by US “advisors” in the field. Face it thanks to Biden we are one step closer to all out war with Russia. Why the heck doesn’t Biden find someone like the Saudis to broker a peace or at least a cease fire? Ukraine is a bottomless pit for US tax dollars.
One seems to recall hearing of an Abrams taken out by a new Russian missile called Kornet, IIRC, which is effective against the back side of an Abrams.
Can’t say where or when, though.
Interesting and somewhat confusing because the media, US government and a host of Ukrainian cheerleaders here on FR keep insisting that Ukraine is winning the war handily.
So, if that is indeed true and the war is essentially over, why are the US, Germany and Poland sending tanks to Ukraine?

Some by IEDs in Iraq, one that I recall from a hit by a Koronet ATGM between the bogies. None by enemy armor as far as I know.
