Well seems to me that the counting is still going on with electronic ballots in some places, strange isn’t it that 40 years ago in even NATIONAL ELECTIONS we had fairly accurate counts by the next morning with hand counts but now with all the new doodads and gadgets were still counting 2 weeks later and sometimes longer.
I don’t understand how they could count paper ballots so fast.
