Just read that the new AbramsX tank has a Cummins diesel in it.
So they will send the older Abrams over which have the turbine in it, which is a gas hog and requires a hell of a lot of work to keep it going.
anything with 1500 horsepower is a gas hog including the diesel Leopard 2 tanks and the English Challenger. the Abrams turbine actually has a longer range than the German leopard.
I would be concerned about anti-tank weapons operated by both foot-soldier and drone. Much of this war seems to be trench warfare making difficult targets.
