Cheap, over the counter Budesonide is all most anyone needs. I’ve been using it since I first heard about it in early 2020 and still covid free:

Rand Paul even tried to bring attention to it, but the big money wants it kept hidden.
Budesonide had no discernable effect on my symptoms over two COVID episodes. I tossed it.
where can you get it over the counter? thought it was prescription only?
