She is demonstrating more loyalty to Ukraine (which she left) than she is to America. Get over your slavish slobbering of Ukraine that leads you to now support foreign loyal congressmen.
There are FAR too many in both parties. Immigrants should STFU for at least a full generation...maybe 2.
“She is demonstrating more loyalty to Ukraine (which she left) than she is to America. Get over your slavish slobbering of Ukraine that leads you to now support foreign loyal congressmen.”
Is she now? Apparently all she did to set you off into hysterics is that she told McCarthy not to try to out-Pelosi Pelosi in the slime game, and just follow the established protocol; which is allow for a floor vote. Now, if she votes for Ilhan Omar to be on the Foreign Relations Committee, then we can call her out on that — and I certainly will. But simply asking that the established protocol be followed does not make her a terrorist sympathizer.
“Immigrants should STFU for at least a full generation...maybe 2.”
And you guys call US Nazis?
” Immigrants should STFU for at least a full generation...maybe 2.”
Let me tell you a story about an immigrant — there are so many to be told, but I’ll just tell you about this one for now.
There was “foreigner,” as you call them, named Rick Rescorla. As a young man he came to the United States from his native land and joined the US Army. He was a Captain when he fought in the battle of the Ia Drang Valley in November, 1965 (if you ever saw the movie, “We Were Soldiers Once,” or read the book, “We Were Soldiers Once, and Young,” you’d know about that battle). He retired from the US Army as a colonel.
After his military service he became involved in corporate security. And it was in that role when he made the ultimate sacrifice.
You see, Risk Rescorla was the Director of Security for Morgan Stanley. Morgan Stanley had offices at the World Trade Center in NYC. Rick Rescorla was at those offices on the morning of September 11, 2001.
When the towers were attacked, Rick Rescorla led his people out of the tower to safety; over and over again he repeated the evacuation. When, at last, it appeared he had led to safety everyone he could, he stopped. He turned to a co-worker and said, “I might have missed someone; I have to go back to make sure.” And he did go back; and he is there still.
Think about Rick Rescorla when you demand that immigrants should STFU for at least two generations before they have the temerity to speak.
