I actually would like to know where the IP packets are coming from. Then again, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they were from behind a VPN.

Last year someone had a list of all the propagandists and it was a lot longer than just five people. Plus it included Russians, Chinese, deep staters, etc.
Lots of people with agendas here these days.

Ah, you believe in censoring things you don’t approve of. But, what you don’t like, others may. Instead of censoring something you don’t like, just don’t read it. Your blood-pressure will thank you.
It does stink up the forum and unfortunately has driven some good FReepers away.
I don’t have a problem with them expressing their views, but the overwhelmingly excessive nature of their posts makes it appear as if they want to take the site over. There are times throughout the day where my news feed is about 75% Ukraine propaganda.
I used to be against it, but I’ve gotten to where I’d welcome a block feature.
Or, as I and others have suggested before, maybe limit them to a thread a day where they can post all of their links. There can be a daily thread for pro-Ukraine propaganda and one for pro-Russia propaganda. This was done with the Q articles and it seems to be working.
This way, they can still post and discuss their topics and we get our forum back, to some extent, anyway.
