Make it a felony to commit a crime with a mask on.
I think it already is, in GA, a legacy of anti-KKK laws.
I hope AG Chris Carr gets involved and throws the book at these pukes. I am not sure how that works, vs. the Fulton County DA prosecuting them. The Fulton DA is feckless.
