So you can’t have a handgun with a magazine in California anymore? I thought they only outlawed magazines that held 10 rounds or more, and then that was found to be unconstitutional.
Gotta be an “approved roster” handgun.
For instance you cannot buy or transfer a Smith and Wesson M&P series unless you’re active duty cop/military in CA, but you can buy the M&P Shield as it is on the roster.
And specifically the “CA approved” shield version which has a nice shiny red lever that says “loaded when up” on the top of the slide.
