They are giving us a courtesy notification. If you think they are bluffing, and don’t stop to ponder it - and what would be gained by a nuclear exchange with Russia, you are insane.

I’m going to disagree with you. We are very much to blame, not exclusively, but we share a large part of the blame for where we are.
