Hunter had those documents. The cover up is that it was all just Joe being forgetful. My best guess is that they are being blackmailed. Someone or some entity is blackmailing them and odd things happening may be reminders or pressure.

Congress could pass a Hunter pardon bill under the “necessary and proper” clause that would pardon Hunter for named offenses (Democratic suggestions welcome), federal, state and local.
I personally believe Joe Biden (and John Roberts) are being blackmailed.
Blackmail is only against the unwilling. They were selling out the United States to the Chinese for MONEY.
He can be if it’s proven he gave them to a foreign power, especially the CCP. But just “mis-handling classified documents” won’t do it.
