There are many more. The funny thing about this name-calling is it is the province of only one party. You don’t hear the smarter, more civil Republicans engaging in this nonsense. Republican dwell in the land of ideas and reality; Democrats dwell in the land of make-believe, pejorative, and sheer idiocy.
Failure to mature beyond the 6th grade, which is where there is a LOT of name calling.
That is where most of the prog acquire "arrested development."
