Great article! But except for Trump (sometimes) no one in the GOP leadership cares about voter fraud in the least. It’s so much easier to pretend everything is on the up-and-up.
That way the mainstream media will go easy on them. And they’ll be invited on ‘Meet the Press’. Meanwhile the country is accelerating towards permanent one-party rule.
And one-party rule inevitably deteriorates into some form of fascism.

Not counting on politicians for anything has been a good strategy. Somehow I knew by the age of 25 they weren’t on my side, no matter what party they represented.
America has a political party, period. It’s quite diverse, but it’s all the same party in the end. Any doubts, check the progress of the debt.
Democrats knew, after the ‘shellacking’ of 2010, that, they could not win elections fair and square, and that in order for them to ‘win’, they’d have to cheat and steal most elections in order to stay in power or gain power.
We are now seeing their methods for winning, and republicans cannot combat the corruption of election officials and of politicians who are willing to any anything in order to ‘win’. Republicans can claim to be the party of fairness and of election integrity. That’s not going to win them elections when the other party is going to make sure that fairness and integrity by republicans is going to be the signal for democrats’ cheating and lying and theft.
Democrats have too much to lose by being fair and by running elections with integrity.
Why would the Deep State allow DeSantis to win? If nothing else, he’d appoint more conservative judges than otherwise.
You make a good point about the Bushes (what a trash family they are). But today’s power brokers are really radical. They won’t accept DeSantis if they could have Buttigieg or Warren.

Had he requested my help to correct the election situation, like volunteering in some way to fix it, I would have made a donation. But ignoring the fixed elections in WA state is not a reason to support someone who lost from not understanding how the election was rigged, and how to fix it. He really needs to start a ballot harvesting crew of his own.
2024 it will just happen again. The same usual suspects will say that the GOP needs to soften its message/ appeal more to soccer mom’s/ flip on abortion/ appeal more to blacks and Hispanics, etc... We will all get caught up in Trump vs. DeSantis, when neither of them can win. It doesn’t matter how hard we vote, they will just print more.

DeSantis fixed the voter fraud in Florida, which is why he won. DeSantis gets things accomplished for the conservative cause, unlike 5-time loser Trump who still has no plan to fight the election fraud.

DeSantis gets zero pushback
He won his state like all republicans did, in a landslide, but no cheating. Why is that?
DeSantis drained the Broward Country swamp and facilitated a clear, clean win for Trump in 2020. First general election in FL in 20 years without Broward Country weirdness.
Unfortunately, Trump returned the support by trashing him.
If trump says he’s wrong for the job, then he is wrong for the job. Thats how I see it. Humble opinion. That’s all.

Trump, pillow guy, etc — They can only do so much about local election rules and enforcement. This has to be fought at the local level. Fraud has to be effectively prosecuted with successful convictions obtained. Absent that — I don’t see much changing in 2024.
