In order to be legal, it will require a Constitutional amendment, repealing the recognition by the Constitution of the Right to Freedom of Speech.

Of course, the God-given Right to Freedom of Speech will remain, whether it is recognized and protected or not.

This does not mean that the corrupt will not find a way to remove the Constitutional recognition and protection of this or any other God-given, basic human Right.
