He has enough problems going to work at the White Hut since he is so frequently in Greenville or Rehoboth. Biden was locked down in his campaign bunker for nearly all of 2020. I’m willing to bet that Biden was only at the Penn Biden Center for its grand opening and a few select times to fund raise. Face it, Biden doesn’t work. He never had worked. He probably only sat behind his desk at the Penn Biden Center for a photo op to make it look like he was working.
