Many women seem to seek to have a surrogate husband in the government through ‘jobs programs’ and other forms of disguised welfare so they can have the benefits, so-called, of marriage and the opportunity to lead what used to be called the swinging singles lifestyle.

Truth is a successful marriage and a family requires a great deal of subordinating individual interests to the welfare of the family. A good family requires a huge time commitment and real unselfishness. Much of what has to be done is not much adult fun and a lot can be positively boring. That is what commitment means and people born in the last 30+ often have no idea of what being willing subordinate selfish desires to the greater good is at all.

I regularly counsel young white men to try and date East Asian and lighter skinned Latin women. Their cultures still are pretty strongly family oriented and young American women simply are not.

Agreed many women have looked to the government to act as their “husband.” I don’t disagree that our familes and society are completely broken. My problem with many on this site is that young women are the sole problem. They are part of the problem, but young men are also the problem. Denying women the right to vote and be equal is not the answer. The asinine comments on this site about denying women the right to vote is contributing to young women refusing to accept conservative values. You men really don’t even begin to understand why middle class white women have a problem with you. Maybe I should right a book on this, although I doubt it would wake any of you up to what the real problem is.

I would be careful with Latin women. My mother was looking for a ticket in the U.S. in the late 60s and chain migrating her
entire family here. And depending on which part Of Latin America they are from, they’re extremely dominant over men in the household through tantrums, sullen for days on end. No substance abuse issues, but they could use some self-medicating. It’s a matriarchal culture, and no wonder my my male cousins are screwed up.

Also, if she has a large family or any, expect them to live with you with no rent if you have a nice house. I might get some people upset here, but I lived it.
