He had finished the press gaggle and his handlers were ushering the useful idiots out of thew room.

Exactly. Misrepresenting his behavior as evidence of senility both wrong and counter-productive. It shows him to be arrogant and odious, IMO, but not deranged or senile. His face and eyes sure look weird, though, and remind me of a mask.
