"Worst street in every city in America?…"Fayetteville Arkansas has a MLK but no Black community. The University gentrified the only Black neighborhood out of exitance. It's mainly the fast-food strip for the University students.

Not in Baltimore.
There are worse. (Where my mother’s loser “cleaning woman” lives even people in Western MD know is bad!)
But yes, MLK at ground level is still pretty bad - or it draws a line thru all the bad.
