There is no President in history that had the training and experience to argue with Pharma scientists about their tools, procedures, and developments. In an emergency Pandemic, there is no choice but to go with what top experts are recommending, because the alternative is to do nothing, then be blamed for millions of deaths.
DeSantis trolls will hit Trump as incompetent, but DeSantis was until November extolling how these vaccines saved lives.
So who are these experts advising that these vaxxes were safe and saving millions? Are certain batches good? Are others harmful?

It should be noted that Biden also stated at another point in the same appearance that "If you're vaccinated, even if you do 'catch the virus'...you're not likely to get sick." This is a more accurate representation of scientific consensus on the vaccines at that point.
The scientific consensus since the start of the vaccine rollout has always been that the vaccines would not entirely prevent infection and those breakthrough infections such as Biden's will be possible even in people who have had booster shots.
Q. Why is Trump not "acknowledging" the harmful effects of Covid injections?
A. False question, he did acknowledge there were problems.
Q. Yes but, he's not angry and hurt like he should be.
A. He will come around when the evidence is admissible in court. Right now, it's premature.
Unlike you and me calling for heads to roll for the vaccine deaths, Trump has to wait because the 4th estate will crucify him if he doesn't have backup.
However, Trump can show he's aware that people are dying suddenly. He can say, as he said in the source here, that there are problems but the numbers are small. That's a true statement, but it will change as the numbers get worse.
In the next weeks and months, we can expect Trump to weigh in on the bad batch business. He can say we need to get to the bottom of who made those bad batches of vaccines.

And despite your insistence, he clearly does attempt to avoid the question regarding the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines. I was so much of an attempt to divert the discussion, he even goes so far as trying to insert the lie that he himself was not the original source of the lockdowns.

“Well, what I did is, first of all, there were no mandates with me, and I had absolutely no mandates,” Trump replied. “And the governors were allowed to do what they want the most. Most Republican governors did the right thing and most Democrat governors did. You know, with the lockdowns and all the other things they did, including their views of the vaccine, what I did, I was able to get something approved that has proven to save a lot of lives.”
“Some people say I saved 100 million lives worldwide, but I was able to get that done in nine months versus five years to twelve years if it ever got [done at all]. I got the FDA to do things that they it it was pretty amazing what we were able to do,” Trump continued, defending his vaccine approval process.
“But as far as using it, as far as utilization, I never demanded that anybody use it. I never had a mandate. And I think that’s very important to know. And I never had anybody for instance, when I said, you know, I never said close up, I never said we’re going to close our country,” Trump added.
“A lot of Republicans, Florida did close for a period of time, as you know. But a lot of states, a lot of states run by Republican governors didn’t close at all. And that was okay with me and I let them make that decision,” Trump continued, throwing some shade at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).
“What about the safety aspect? That’s what people are concerned about. Now. Do you have some concerns about the safety of these vaccines?” followed up Brody as Trump initially skirted the question to discuss mandates.
