NATO is not a threat. It is a defensive alliance. Ukraine did not formally ask to be in NATO, and no way in hell would NATO allow Ukraine in given its conflicts prioir to Feb 22. Putin also never gave that as a reason for invading..it was “denazificatin” or some other rubbish.

USSR/Russia recognized Ukraine as a independent nation once in 1917, again at the break up of the Soviet Union, and again per the Budapest Memoradnum. So no, Russia had no right to reclaim anything.
Putin is trying to put the USSR back together as a new Russian empire that would be opposed to the US as they have nukes pointed at us. It is in our best interests to prevent that if we can. We cant afford another cold war.

So every individual country in NATO is supplying military arms and "advisors" to fight a proxy war with Russia but it is not NATO that is supplying Ukraine. Riiiight.....

NATO does not have a standing army nor equipment to give. They are an alliance, not a physical entity like a nation.
And even if they were I have no problem with it. NATO is preventing the USSR from reconstituting into a new evil empire and thus a new cold war. Aid well spent.
