My shower felt really good. I recommend it! It helped with the dizziness for now, but it’s been several days since the onset of the vertigo, and I guess it’s because my muscles were tight, probably from stress. I let the spray run on my neck for several minutes, so that was good.
Another gorgeous morning, but the afternoon will begin to cloud up and we’ll have rain and gloom for the next five or six days. Typical.
It’s sunny here, but a little cold.
