No, if anything, it helps exonerate Trump. At least in the eyes of the public.

Not that DOJ cares a fig about what the people of the USA think.

In any case, it makes it harder to say Trump is guilty and convince a logical person.

No, if anything, it helps exonerate Trump. At least in the eyes of the public.

It lumps the two together despite the fact that the Presidential Records Act allows Trump to hold classified documents. The MSM and the foreign press are saying what Trump did is far worse. Trump was obstructing justice while Biden is cooperating fully with the government. In fact, Biden voluntarily admitted that he found the documents. An inadvertent mistake.

I can recall when I left the State Department I had to sign a document saying that I held no classified documents under penalty of law including a fine and/or imprisonment. It was quite sobering. I am sure Biden had to sign the same thing when he left the VP.

Another subject: Time to remove Romney's niece from the chair of the RNC.
