There are 200 Leopard 2A4’s in storage in Spain alone.

Some of those are going soonish, IIRC.

Several ships from the US have recently docked in Germany and the Netherlands carrying thousands of pieces of equipment, including, I think, some or all the M1’s promised to the Poles, on which they’ve been training for six months now. That may be why the Poles are willing to part with, probably, their unupgraded 2A4’s.

And the Poles are starting to receive their Korean K2’s, first 10 were delivered last month.

Thats good backfill for the Polish Leopards.

Just those two between them, Spain and Poland, can in theory supply 400 Leopard2s.
