Of all of our existing and potential enemies, Russia poses the least threat. Apparently China and Iran have been crossed off the list.
It’s really Europe’s problem. We all know that. On the other hand Russia wouldn’t hesitate to do that to us a they have in the past. Does it go back to our support for Lenin’s enemies after WW1? Will they settle for just a chunk of the Ukraine? Think again. Europe’s history is a very bloody one and our involvement in the last 100 or so years was an unappreciated success. Corruption in the Ukraine? We supported Stalin.
