Now what could possibly go wrong?
Interesting, considering the talk that the Ukraine was a Satanic worshipper’s stronghold and full of lizards. So are we bringing the lizards or the resisters? Inquiring minds....
That’s where they train all operators / maintenance . Patriot is owned by many countries.
I wonder if our black helicopter posters will react.
I worked with a fellow who was in Gulf War 1 and worked on Patriots.
He said they would get new software on a “five and a quarter inch floppy” to load pretty much every day. I imagine by now it’s wireless.
Nothing. Ukrainian troops have been trained in the US before.
The US army base training Ukrainian fighters
Senior-level Ukrainian officers have been studying in the US state of Kansas, thousands of miles from Russia's invasion and the battlefields of Donbas.
This quintessentially Kansas landscape has become the backdrop for generations of international soldiers, who head to the US base to receive strategic training.
Pentagon spokesman John Kirby says the same: "That part of Ukraine is a bit like Kansas, so it's a little bit flatter, it's a little bit more open," he told media during a press briefing.
Fort Leavenworth has proved to be a valuable training ground for dozens of Ukrainian soldiers over the past several decades, who spend a year studying at the base's US Army Command and General Staff College.

Lucky them.
They’ll be in the USA when their country collapses.
Methinks it would be a good idea if the U.S. try to broker at least a ceasefire don’t you think?
Maybe 72 hrs in place?
Has anyone tried to broker a ceasefire?
No?
I know why, too much money.
5.56mm
I was a Patriot and Air Defense Artillery Officer. One battery can barely defend Kiev, not a chance anything bigger.
Ft. Silly. Oh boy.
Pullski Lanyardski. BOOM!
99 will slip out of camp and thank god they are free of Zelensky.
It will become the #1 sought after posting in the Ukraine.
After experiencing the Oklahoma lifestyle, these guys will not want to go back to Ukraine.
How ya’ gonna keep ‘em down on the farm, after they’ve seen Paree! (an old tune from WWI.)
Considering that Ukraine has already lost maybe 3 times more troops than the West lost in Korea and Vietnam, both Iraq wars, and Afghanistan, I imagine these guys won't be allowed out on the town while they're here or there won't be anyone left to send back with the missile systems.
OKLAHOMA CITY — The U.S Department of Defense said this week that about 100 Ukrainian soldiers will head to Fort Sill for Patriot missile training as soon as next week.
Sen. Nathan Dahm, of Broken Arrow, then filed a resolution to reject Ukrainian troops in Oklahoma.
“We saw how recently the Ukrainian military fired a rocket into Poland killing two innocent civilians, said Dahm. “We certainly don’t need them practicing here in Oklahoma where our citizens could be under the constant threat of a similar failure.”
Sen. Dahm’s proposal would direct the Pentagon to reverse course on the recent announcement.
“This resolution rejects this attempt by the feds to put foreign troops in Oklahoma,” Dahm said.
Betcha there won’t be 100 when they leave. Some will disappear into the US community like so many illegals have.
Now I thought we wouldn’t/couldn’t/shouldn’t lend these out to other countries to operate. I thought they had to be operated by Americans.
It they are smart, they won’t go home.
No longer safe to drive tractor on a farm in Oklahoma
Didn’t do any time on Fort Sill. But Sheperd AFB in Wichita falls was full of Europeans from NATO getting trained on our planes. I would imagine Fort Sill is the same (yes, I know, different branches.)
When they get leave on the weekends I recommend Jazzmos at OKC. Nice little place. The cowboy museum can be fun if not too busy.
