VoterGA Vindicated: Fulton County Counterfeit Ballot Case Reinstated

The VoterGA Fulton County counterfeit ballot case “is back,” according to Garland Favorito. Favorito told UncoverDC in November that an order from the Georgia Supreme court in the Sons of Confederate Veterans et al. v. Henry Cty. Bd of Commissioners would no doubt help his case. The Supreme Court confirmed what Garland already knew—that “citizens in the state have standing to sue government officials who violate the law.”

During what he dubbed the “Georgia Supreme Court Victory” press conference on Thursday, Favorito said this “was something he had been saying all along for a year even after our case was dismissed” on October 13, 2021. The counterfeit ballot case was dismissed because the “Petitioners failed to allege a particularized injury.” Garland says the decision was erroneous and violated “every precedent in the state in Georgia history since 1788 and all precedents in U.S. Supreme Court history dating back 100 years.”

This has been the biggest obstacle of uncovering the elections. The Democrats have been able to successfully stop investigations and court cases under guise of citizens not having standing. Repeatedly, with the help of MSM, they have gotten away with the claiming that there is no proof of elections issues, citing that the courts have thrown out the cases as their proof.

Some how, some way, somewhere along the way, the citizens of the United States have lost their right to petition their government with their grievances.

We all know what eventually leads to . . .

Hate to be a Debbie Downer but get back to when a court finally rules that there was fraud in an election and must be redone or our candidate installed in office. The courts have just become a massive placation system to burn us out.....

Who in the Sam Hell had ever heard of Laches before Trump won in 2016? Sue before a election it’s No Standing, sue after an election it Laches. This is just one big sham of distraction......

Hate to say it but this is just one more ride on the Merry Go Round. Years later there maybe a ruling of some sort, maybe by 2030, if not definitely by 2050.....

“Hate to be a Debbie Downer...”

Then don’t be. Insufferable cynicism is not a sign of understanding or intelligence yet so many on this forum believe it is.

“citizens in the state have standing to sue government officials who violate the law.”

How's that for a no-brainer!

I'm old enough to remember when Ruby Freeman was gonna spill the beans about the vote fraud - until Winston Wolf the DNC Fixer got there to spirit her away for a couple of months, like Betty Currie was spirited away to Africa by the Clintonites to "get her mind right"...

Wonder if Betty Currie got a nice payday like Ruby Freeman is getting?
