I wouldn’t doubt any scenario where the DS and military industrial complex were found to be behind this “stash”. However, I think Biden is as crooked as they come, and probably stole the documents to hide evidence that he and Hunter were getting rich by funneling money to Ukraine only to get kickbacks. Remember, the Biden family are some of the most corrupt individuals in America, and have the support of the alphabet agencies who actually run the government.
