I take supplements as well, and I’m not 100% Paleo by the definitions I have seen.
I drink raw whole milk from the Amish.

Melatonin supplements are the Devil to me. Shoot straight up, covered in sweat with a pulse near 180. Some type of vivid dream or whatnot.

I do take a magnesium drink in the evening. It’s good for switching from the Sympathetic Nervous System to the Parasympathetic.

Hey, nobody gets out of here alive-but while I’m here, I’m going to follow a diet and lifestyle that keeps me fit and healthy so I can work, look good and enjoy life...

“The horse paste wins again! Where’s that “doctor” that CNN had that got called out by Joe Rogan?”

_____

Hubby and I have taken preventative doses of Ivermectin since we first heard of it’s effectiveness in preventing and treating Covid-19. To date, neither of us have become ill with the virus (that we know of), and have only suffered from a couple minor colds since the beginning of 2020. We have never received any of the vaccines, nor have we joined the crowds that tested themselves for the virus on a regular basis. Neither of us have been tested even once. Of course, we may both come down with Covid next week, but that is beside the point.

The above anecdotal evidence shows that a “one treatment for all” approach was foolish and short-sighted. (And I suspect in some ways criminal given the way it was mandated in some situations). To suppress evidence of a treatment that protected a large number of the population shows that we should not have a “top-down” decision-making process for public health issues. A varied amount of researchers and medical doctors should have been allowed to have their voices heard. Government bureaucrats should have been as far away from the decision process as to treatment as possible.

As a matter of fact, I do not think we need a federal government sanctioned public health department at all. Each State should have their own health department that deals with health issues of public interest for their own State. Those are needed for outbreaks of truly contagious diseases such as measles or mumps. But it should be a small agency which should not look for other issues to deal with on a daily basis.

As more and more evidence comes out (See Twitter files),it’s obvious that the virus scare was created in order to get rid of Trump (just as many of us suspected), and was not actually much of a pandemic at all. If people had been told to wash their hands, exercise, get plenty of fresh air and vitamin D, and to take Ivermectin as a preventative, while those that were ill were quarantined rather those who were healthy being locked up, we could have saved a lot of lives.

Instead, our government officials and politicians destroyed countless lives, livelihoods, and children’s education, all in order to rid themselves of a President who was looking too carefully into their corrupt actions of the past few years and decades.

[That’s the end of my rant]!

I took Ivermectin at the first sign of a fever. Felt 90% better in 24 hours.

Had to have a covid test 3 days later. tested positive, but I was feeling tippy top anyway....

The NIH has lots of studies and trials of using Ivermectin to treat various cancers. All I have read are very positive. These studies also classify Ivermectin as anti viral.

Liposomal Melatonin also gives a rash and itching. Avoid liposomal it effected my wife as well. She is fine with normal slow digesting Melatonin.

Melatonin itself is like air or water. you can't be allergic to it. If you where allergic you would be dead when you were a baby.

horse paste has 25 notches and contains 115 mg of ivermectin, in the syringe, each notch represents 50 pounds and contains 4.55 mg of ivermectin. A locking ring is used to mark the number notches in the treatment dose. For Example a 220 pound person would need 4 or 5 notches which would contain aproxibly 18-23 mg of ivermectin. Put the paste on a slice of bread with strawberry jam and eat. Do this treatment for five days or until improvement occurs,

Starting munching on the pills when I found out I was exposed at a luncheon.

My friends were in bed for 4-5 days.

For me, my spring allergy were worse.

p.s. I would use black raspberry jam!

Ivermectin could have saved many lives. I’m worried we have become too corrupt to survive.

A few months ago I read somewhere that Ivermectin was of no use at all,
and it should never be used for COVID.

I ignored the conclusions expecting them to have a very short half-life.

How is the public expected to be able to make heads of tails of these
things.
