MoFA is one of the nicest Afghanistan ministries, which isn’t saying much. There’s a large “garden” in the back between wings. Nice, but only by Afghan standards.
Appropriately, friends of mine there, would say “I’m going to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs” in loo of bathroom, toilet, etc. (deliberate “error”)
