If you look up the definition for Practicum it says….“A practicum is an undergraduate or graduate-level course, often in a specialized field of study, that is designed to give students supervised practical application…”
But it’s a $5 Latin-derived word rather than the 50 cent Germanic word it’s replacing. Minorities might feel intimidated by it.
