You are incorrect.

Illegal aliens can be arrested by US and state law enforcement, that makes them “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States.

Also, the child is innocent, and commits no crime when their parents illegally enter the US prior to their birth. The parents are illegal aliens, the child is not.

The child cannot be penalized for the actions of the parents. That would be a bill of attainder and is unconstitutional.

Total nonsense GLC.

What kind of deep state NPC does one need to be to spew that kind of tripe?

Our policy of recognizing as U.S. citizen every child born in a U.S. state regardless of the stench of foreign parents fell together in a foolish hash and has never been revisited because our so-called leaders have been struck with a multi-generational curse of effeminacy and self-destruction.

According to your theory, El Chapo’s daughter is free to run for and hold the office of POTUS. No?

As is the child of every cold-blooded terrorist and America-hater whose wife sneaks across the border three days before giving birth?

Go back to the drawing board, GLC.

They are foreign nationals. That’s why diplomats have a carve out. The guy who wrote the Amendment spelled it all out, it was intended to clear up any misconceptions about Slaves, another Democrat institution.

The offspring of illegal aliens didn’t commit a crime, so what? Illegal aliens are foreign nationals. They are “subject to the jurisdiction” insofar as they can be deported.

This isn’t complicated. Sometimes people want to muddy the water, to try and make it look deep.
