Milley, according to Bob Woodward and Robert Costa in their book-
Peril- reportedly called his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Li Zuocheng of the People's Liberation Army, on Oct. 30, 2020 and on Jan. 8, 2021. Allegedly, Milley stated to Zuocheng that he would give him a warning before a U.S attack.
I don't believe Milley has ever been asked to confirm or deny this allegation, while under oath. And this should be investigated by Congress. If true, it is -IMO- the most serious violation of UCMJ Article 103b (Aiding the Enemy) by a Gen. officer in our nation's history.
