One of the big weed gummy manufacturers down here in Florida is run by Chinese.
Pot smoke messes with your lungs bigtime as much as cigarette smoke. It also affects your heart rate. Not such a big deal when one is 30 and bulletproof but can be a very big deal when one is older and lung and heart tissue is old, too.
Think Willie Nelson and collapsed lungs and emphysema in 2012 - even with experimental stem cell treatments back in 2015, he was starting to cancel concerts regularly because of breathing problems. He’d quit smoking cigarettes in 1978 but once stated he was “a canary in the coal mine, an experiment for what happens when you smoke for years..” He near died last summer from covid after catching it from a band member.
As my doctor told me, there’s things you got away with as a kid but you need to leave those things in your youth behind you where they belong.
