The threat was STOPPED. End of story. As long as that perp was moving he could still kill someone. My worry is this DA who can’t understand normal thinking will stir up the BLM clowns claiming this poor poor unarmed black man (after all it was only an Airsoft gun) was just trying to feed his kids and the man who shot him was so overcome with white supremacy he needs to be imprisoned for life.
