There has been a “substantive” change in the type of weaponry the US and its allies are providing to Ukraine to meet Kyiv’s requests for firepower, two senior US officials tells CNN.
The US’s latest aid announcement included more offensive weapons, such as Bradley Fighting Vehicles and advanced long-range rocket systems, reflecting the nature of the battlefield in Eastern Ukraine and a belief that Ukraine sees a window to regain territory before Russia regroups, one of the officials said, describing the new weapons systems as giving the Ukrainians “much more capability.”
One US official also noted that Ukraine has abided by limitations on the use of the weapons the West has provided so far, tempering reservations about sending more capable systems.
US officials emphasized that the Ukrainians are developing and following their own strategy, and US moves are intended to support that strategy and meet their needs on the battlefield.
“We are in constant touch with Ukraine about what it needs to defend itself and we believe we are meeting the need. As the situation evolves, so does our assistance,” NSC spokesperson Adrienne Watson told CNN.
Last week, in the largest military aid announcement since the war began, the US said it was providing Bradleys, which one top Pentagon official said was meant to bolster Ukraine’s offensive fighting abilities.

Methinks they are going to use the Ukraine as the ultimate proving ground for weapons. That’s not entirely a bad thing from a national security perspective. However, aside from the cost, I am most worried about a miscalculation that ends up going nuclear.
Russia is not going to go nuclear.
1. It would be national suicide
2. See #1
It would be batter for saving uke lives to just cut off the Z globo homo so he will have to negotiate cease fire.

in real news from yestrday
the breakthrough in Soledar is real.
for those who want verification the link below has video of fighting near the Soledar admin building and city council building.
.
“Footage of street fighting in Soledar, filmed by the Ukrainian soldiers confirmed the claims. The following video was made near the houses on Karpinsky Street, close to the city administration building. The Ukrainian garrison in Soledar is tactically surrounded. After Wagner fighters took control of Yakovlevka located to the north of Soledar, they advanced in the fields and blockaded the town from the north. The defense is held by scattered detachments of the AFU formations, which are suffering heavy losses and and lack of military supplies. As a result of the lack of communication, their retreat is badly coordinated and leads to more deaths in Ukrainian ranks.” -video at link-

The more important breakthrough may be at pod-something(hey ukies , please buy some vowels) and storming at Krasna Gora..
The important part of this is that Russians have fire control over the supply roads from Bakmut to Soledar and Bakmut to Siversk...it’s covered in today’s update from Military Summary Channel

Huh? Just the opposite. Russia will learn how to defeat these systems (maybe the hard way). But we are drastically improving Russian defense tactics against western weaponry.
And vise versa. But it also depends on who has the most resources & talent to throw at improving their weapons.
Maybe joey can work a deal with the taly’s to send the Ukraine some of that hardware he left over in Iraq...
“Just the opposite. Russia will learn how to defeat these systems (maybe the hard way). But we are drastically improving Russian defense tactics against western weaponry.”
Agree. These aren’t the common rice farmers we once chased around for 10 years.
And then when Ukraine abandons high tech weapons after losing ground, the Russians or the militas will have them. Just like Afghanistan.
“But it also depends on who has the most resources & talent to throw at improving their weapons.”
This is still risky. If they develop low tech solutions (an army of cheap drones like Ukraine), millions of dollars of high tech will become useless overnight. I don’t think it is worth the chance.
Who is going to operate this massive amount of weaponry going to Ukraine? The local goat herders? The octogenarians that were left behind?
Does anyone know how long it takes to learn to use all this varied and assorted military equipment? And then how long to reasonably master its use and function as a cohesive military unit? This is insane.
Why aren’t “journalists” demanding to know exactly how many US “advisors” and/or boots on the ground are currently in Ukraine? This whole fiasco sure seems to be driven by the WEF and the globalists to set the whole world on fire so they can usher in their great reset. And, take a look at the timing of the defense industry stock purchases by the neocons and liberal war mongers like Pelosi.
Not to mention that it’s the ethos of the sociopath nation. Leveraging a war you started, to test better weapons is actually not a reputation enhancer for a nation.
If you created tension with a neighbor and provoked him until he saw you as enough of a menace to lash out, and you shot him and look at it as a great test for your Glock, your head is in the wrong place.
At least according to Jesus.
HERE COMES ANOTHER GAME-CHANGER
DOES THAT MAKE 100 GAME-CHANGERS, NOW?
WILL THIS ONE WORK BETTER THAN THE OTHER 99?
NO!
Russia started the war. Stop trying to gaslight people into thinking they didn’t.
