The users can't simply turn on the damned vent fan?? Or set said fan up to come on automatically whenever combustion is detected? Seems simple enough to "be made safe" to me.

That is what I do most of time when I turn on the gas range...would be nice if it was auto...but sheesh

I’ve lived in a house with a gas stove, gas hot water heater and a gas furnace for all my life of 72 years. No respiratory problems in myself or family. These people are full of shit.
