What’s hard to figure out is what constituency is she even targeting? Is it the Drag Queen Community in Pierre? If they would even vote for her (which I doubt), how many are there? Maybe 50? If not the Drag Queen Community, then maybe the Chamber of Commerce. But what’s in it for them, storefront rentals once a month or something?

This is one of the big puzzles. Why do business people in small to medium sized cities in red states passionately support every transgressive trend the rats and their pervert allies push? True question, not rhetoric. (Based on my family background going back to the Nixon ‘Silent Majority’ era I believe many normative middle class types were completely morally corrupted by absorbing ‘establishment or prestige media’ propaganda disguised as ‘network news coverage’. They had no real idea they were being morally debauched. I remember my father having a number of really angry conversations with his sister over her willingness to accede to letting her daughters ‘dress and act like whores’ as my father said. His sisters’ responses were ‘you can’t control young people’ and ‘they need to experiment to understand life’. Now where did those poisionous ideas come from?
