Just realized another tracking avenue that many might not realize.
Watching broadcast TV off an antenna. 8.1, 10.1, 28.2 etc
If the ad shows a QR code and says click here with your phone to learn more. Those can eventually be fed to Nielsen ratings. They will have your IP address, and can know what channel you are watching by code content, and what time. Bingo.
smh... no worries here... I’m glad I stopped being interested in learning anything new 20 years ago!! lol... I stay im my little corner of the web and am good with it!!
