Funny how the libs have forgotten that a free nation doesn’t govern without the will of the people.
It should be citizens. I know it wasn’t written t that way, but there should be a distinct privilege in being a citizen. No nenes for any non citizens. I would exempt people who are political refugees, but it is always abused.
