Yes.

I was reading an article on this debacle this past Friday and someone within the State of Oregon stated for the record that no government entity is liable for payment or any loss.

This is the next county over from me. They proposed to turn wood into jet fuel. As a Chemical Engineer, I was curious about the tech. It didn’t seem like it would work so well.
Someone surely pocketed the funding.
