gleeaikin :" ..A recent study I read of 9 different common cancers found all cancerous tissue was deficient in Zinc,
even when surrounding healthy tissue had adequate or even plenty of Zinc."

Is there a vitamin or mineral that would facilitate Zinc uptake into the cell ?

The technical name for a substance that will help Zinc get into cells more easily is called IONOPHORE. Research that term. Among over the counter ionophores are Quercetin and EGCG (or ECGC, I don’t remember exactly), and possibly Resveritrol. Medically subscribed ionophores include Ivermectin and HCQ. There are others in both categories. Available to the public, and medically subscribed.

I just ran across this article about development of an mRNA flu vaccine they are working on for injection or nasal spray. Would this be as dangerous or are there reasons it might not, such as what happens to T cells mentioned in the article? Or would the injection be more dangerous than the nasal spray?
