Immunity compels confession, honest sunlight and the urgency of the situation; (c) immunity makes the truth more likely; I fail to see how immunity compels anything but false statements. Once again zero accountability.

Not immunity against perjury - immunity against possible criminal actions that have been committed.

“Immunity” in a federal criminal investigation is only applicable if a person tells the truth. If a person lies the immunity deal is deemed void and they are subject to prosecution.
However, I am not sure this extends to lawsuits for deprivation of rights or harm by an official in violation of the constitution.
