He could have made one important rule that would have saved him a ton of problems: Nobody from the Bush administration. None. Bush and his wing ARE the problem and they need to be shunned. I knew, for example, when he hired Barr and everyone in media was praising it as good because Barr had been AG before under Bush that he'd screw Trump. And he did. Trump should have known.
