The real story is why you would believe anything the left says with or without evidence.
‘Cause conservatives are mostly gay?
Matt must be very effective for the left to levy these false charges against him.
Let me guess, Matt hired hookers to pee on a bed in a hotel room the Obama’s were reported to have stayed in too.
How stupid do you have to be to even consider this as authentic.
Doesn’t anyone remember vocal fry?
Thanks Captain Obvious!
Gibberish post.
It has everything to do with Donald Trump.
Destroying anyone associated with Trump is a tactic in the strategy to prevent Trump from winning in 2024 and sending them all to prison.
They don’t want to go to prison.
May you have a blessed day. Enjoy, thanks.
That’s true - it’s all opinions.
One of the most profound changes since Columbus sailed the ocean blue (in my opinion) is the nature of what people call “information”, its volume, and how it is spread.
It used to be scarce, since there was no internet, satellite broadcast or if you go back far enough - even radio.
It used to be more local - people placed credence and value in their own observations and the observations of those they knew and trusted. First hand, second hand perhaps - but that’s about it.
Our grandparents considered it a virtue to read the NYT, watch the evening news, to stay “informed” and to be “well read”. There were few “sources of record” for the news - and there were only a couple hundred books considered to be “the classics” - that if you had read them, you were “well read”.
Publishing was costly, so in order to get something published worldwide, it had to pass infinite quality control hurdles and withstand the test of time.
Now, it takes nothing to publish something worldwide - anyone can have a blog, a podcast, or a click-bait webinar. If they get enough viewers, and name recognition, they can publish a best selling book that is complete garbage. Anyone with a weird story that goes viral on YouTube can then write best seller.
There is an infinite amount of garbage “information” bombarding us that has not been vetted in any way that could possibly result in quality assurance - more likely the opposite is true: the ease with which “information” can be broadcast worldwide practically invites corruption and exploitation.
In this century, we have a different obligation with regard to “information” than did our grandparents - they were obliged to seek it out, consider it with open minds before dismissing anything - lest their prejudice prevent them from hearing the truth.
On the contrary, we are obliged to filter out the 99% that is garbage - lest we confuse quantity for quality - repetition for proof - or consensus for science.
My grandfather always wondered why I didn’t want to hear Clinton’s state of the union address and read the NYT each day. How could I stay informed if I didn’t listen to the other side?
I could never explain it to him because he came from a time when “information” was something rare and precious that you soak up wherever you can find it - and then consider which parts are worth internalizing as truth.
If we took that approach with “information” today, we would go mad - just look what happened to the liberals.
That’s why I called the story malicious!
Sarcasm is an artform, and as such not everyone is capable of understanding it.
Since you took the time to read it, and then took the time to comment, I can tell that you became frustrated and lashed out in a tizzy fit.
I can ‘splain it, if you would like.
