Yeah...he was on the radio here in the greater DC area. The judicial system is mostly corrupt as the judge who originally said he was guilty is obviously corrupt. I know this from first-hand experience. Until that somehow changes, the only solution is to eliminate the school board! It can only be done by breaking one or more of the 10 Commandments!

Yup, Tigges has Federal civil rights claims he can press. Vacating the sovereign immunity of the mouth breathing cops will be the first issue.
This guy is in WV but there should be dozens of civil rights lawyers in VA as close as it is to DC.
