I knew about this but thanks for posting. Didn’t know that many co-ops were affected. I hope they have a good case. High utilities are tough on many, especially those on fixed incomes.
People on fixed / limited income get hurt by higher utility bills as it can hit them at home, where they work ( may lose their job or business ), and where they shop - for food, etc..
