The super obese is not a weight issue so much as it’s a mental health issue. If you watch the show, not only does she eat herself into the hospital but also drinks and vapes. I’ve watched more shows like My 600lb Life and I’ve seen to camps of the super obese. One is the over eater and lazy but the second group by large number are the mental health cases where it’s either severe depression or some other issue that just keeps people on the path of destruction. I’ve also watch Hoarders and you can see something similar. I’m always fascinated by people’s behaviors and why people do certain things. One big take away from all these behavioral issues come from the breakdown of the family, lack of purpose in ones life and the lack of a healthy peer group.
