I think it’s quaint that they think a republican can win the seat. If it was a fair election, maybe. The house needs to get to work! I know this is a senate seat, but right now the entire party is hostage until the speaker is resolved.
John James. Please.
With how Michigan runs elections the chances of a Republican pickup are slim to none
Good riddance. Will Michigan GOP blow it filling this position? She always looked like the undertaker doubled as her hair and makeup artist.
Does Dr Oz have a house in Michigan too?…
He's my new U.S. Congressman elect.......
Check that. I'm so happy for ME! Good riddance. And take Peters with you when you go...
Oh my gosh. I spit laughed. Too funny. Don’t put it passed the idiot Republican Party to put him up for the Michigan seat. Wouldn’t shock me. After all, he’s considered a conservative now by many here.
He just got elected to the HOUSE!
Politicians generally “retire” when they don’t think they will get reelected!!!
What about Peter Meijer (sp)
He probably has money left over from his congressional campaign
Mitch will screw it up by only allowing yes men to run.
OK, here ya go, GOP… be sure to nominate the least viable candidate out there!
Maybe Trump can recommend Howard Stern or Pee Wee Herman to run…
GOPe isn’t picking up anything in Michigan
GOP Senate pickup in MI.
Riiiiiight ……..
Thaddeus McCotter. John James is a 2 time Senate loser. No way he gives up a safe house seat to go through that same crap. McCotter is an intellectual Libertarian. The seat may be unwinable but at least the message would get out.
