Ignoring wouldn’t be good, but putting the poster’s name at the top of his post would make it easy to skip the ones who are just spamming and/or repetitively trolling on subjects.

Putting a poster’s name on top should be a straightforward and easy thing to do. Different league from the ‘ignore’ function.
