It’s in the eyes. An individual’s eyes can reveal a lot about them.

Sad that the board denied the mother the ability to read what her daughter was forced to read in a classroom

Why only $50,000? Dumbass jurors are awarding BILLIONS during the Era Of Brandon!

“$50k isn't enough. Bankrupt the school district.”

I hope $50K is just a placeholder to get this into court and that a jury can award whatever amount they determine is appropriate.

Say, $50 million.

Without reading the complaint I can’t say for sure, it could be something like “in an amount not less than the jurisdiction of this court” and this court or this division only hears $50k cases. Or it could be “in an amount to be proven at trial but believed to be not less than $50,000” or something like that.

Unless you have a breach of contract case for $x.yz, you don’t usually lock yourself into a specific number in a complaint.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

Public education has power it takes federal lawsuits and a long slog in the courts to even have a chance of winning against the monster.

Public opposition to public education practices or policy is always labeled “extreme” or “extremism” and the wagons are circled.

A strong executive in the form of a governor or POTUS is needed to take on public education and suck the air out of it school district by school district in a powerful debate backed up by the use of force.

The public schools will shut down claiming a violent threat if people come out to protest.

The powerful executive orders them closed and replaces the local school district employees with an emergency education force.

The judiciary is the last refuge of scoundrels and dealing with them again Abe Lincoln jailed federal judges that did not support his policies during the CW.

Have Communists or Marxists taken over public education or haven’t they?

I leave that for discussion considering where Chile was 50 years ago with its Communist elected president this country is way past the point that nation was when General Pinochet did his thing I would say.

But I still am not advocating for what Pinochet did just stimulating discussion.

I agree. Insurance companies pay the lawsuit damages. Hypothetically speaking, this nonsense probably won’t end until school administrators, teachers, and school board members who promote the sexualization of children are dragged into the street and beaten. I don’t advocate that, just saying that is what it will take. Hypothetically speaking.

Civil suits are fine, but throw that sex-abusing teacher in prison, along with the accomplices in administration.

Or into a deep body of water with a millstone around the neck, AKA the biblical approach on this.

VIOLENCE HAS SOLVED MORE PROBLEMS IN HUMAN HISTORY than any other methodology ever applied!

Ask any conquered people!

Ask any dictator!

Ask any free people!

Ask any oppressed people!

Ask any people who threw oppression off!

Ask any people who applied oppression to others!

Ask any nation state!

Ask any individual person who’s had to fight for their rights and or property!

Ask any person who’s tried to take somebody else’s rights or property!

You stabbed someone? What do you mean by “hanging on” you? Did he touch you in some way, or was he harassing you verbally?

Touched me, grabbed my boobs, kissed my face, grabbing my butt, grabbing at the front. Asked the teachers and the cops at the school for help and got nothing.

A teacher said you should have sex with a boy that was sexually harassing you and that teacher wasn’t fired? OMG! What is wrong with teachers nowadays?
