Putin had to launch the draft with hundreds of thousands of extra replacement soldiers! They are poorly trained, under-equipped and used as cannon-fodder by the Kremlin.
And now it looks like yet ANOTHER million innocent russian citizens will be drafted once again.. In coming 2-3 months.
